13. Once you are regular in this method, after some time, you will find that
if you read until you understand, then you will be able to recall what you read,
without difficulty, in the first time itself.
14. You must be able to draw diagrams without looking. This
can be achieved by the following method:
I. Look at the drawing.
ii. Start drawing without looking.
iii. If you cannot continue, stop drawing and look at the drawing again.
iv. WHEN YOU START DRAWING THIS TIME, START FROM THE BEGINNING AND NOT WHERE YOU
LEFT BEFORE.
V. If you are struck again, repeat the above process each time starting to draw
from the beginning until you are able to draw the diagram from the beginning
till the end without looking.
15. Always carry a notebook or a paper containing notes, formulas, equations
which need memorising.
16. NOW THE MOST IMPORTANT PART. As you are aware, the time you have, to sit
down and study is limited. However you can use your brain to think recall any
time you want anywhere you may be viz while you walking, while going to and from
school, in the train, in the bus etc. This means that, apart from your sleeping
time, all other time, while you are awake, can be utilised to study by switching
your brain to think on any subjects you wish to recall. As recommended earlier,
The notebook you carry containing the notes will assist you in recalling what
you do not remember. However if you are not experienced in this type of thinking
earlier, you will notice that a few seconds after you start thinking on a
subject, the brain will start drifting away from the subject to other more
interesting or familiar places, things or persons. DO NOT BE DISCOURAGED, AS
THIS IS COMMON TO ALL WHO TRY THIS METHOD. All you have to do is to stop
drifting and force the brain to come back to the subject. After a few minutes
again the brain will start drifting from the subject. DO NOT GIVE IN. GO BACK TO
THINKING ON THE SUBJECT. THIS WILL TRAIN YOUR MIND. After a few days of
practice, the mind will know that it has been beaten, and will start obeying you
by sticking to the subject you want it to think. From that time you will have
success as your mind thought is under your control and you can think study
anywhere and anytime you want. This is success.
