1. Lack of knowledge of Harmful Effects of Sugar
2. We do not notice that our weight is increasing
3. We forget to do exercise

4. Lack of motivation.
5. Absence or Reduced physical activities as we grow older
6. We do not know the consequences of over weight
7. Lack or no (actually we do not allocate) time for exercise

8. We are satisfied with the weight even though we are over weight and ugly.
9. Lack of knowledge of proper nutrition
10. Old Age

First things first.

We forget about being slim, young and hand some mainly after we are married and after having a few children. This also can happen to anybody who is preoccupied with many burdens of life and our eating habits continue out of control due stress and habits while as we grow older we slow down, our physical activities are reduced and while the need for energy is reduced we continue to eat the same amount if not more than what we ate when we were young.
