WEIGHT MANAGEMENT - A GUIDE

Know your enemies. And friends.

First is SUGAR. This does harm in two ways. As soon as you eat anything sweet, the sugar in the blood rises suddenly. The body reacts likewise and releases insulin to process this sugar into energy and the rest into fat. Insulin completes its work and the blood sugar decreases and you feel hungry again short while after you eat. when this happens you go after more food again.

Insulin also loves to convert sugar into fat but will block converting fat into required energy. If there is insulin in the blood it call for more food than convert the excess fat in the body to required energy.

This why it is always recommended not to use raw sugar or things made from raw sugar, white flour, potato, beetroot. They add fat.

Second is FAT. As much as possible avoid eating animal fat. They are deadly if consumed regularly in excess.
